The objective of the Handicapped Welfare Commission (HDWC), is to establish, build and manage handicapped welfare centers in all the major cities to meet the needs of the handicapped and assist them in taking their place in society.
The UCO HANDICAPPED WELFARE COMMISSION (UCOHWC)
The HWC will construct 25,000 centers globally. Each will be equipped to accommodate an estimated 250 residents with 50 caretakers.
The centers will provide:
- Food & Clothing
- Medical Care
- Extra Circular Activities
- Education
- Counseling
- Equipment and Accessories

CAPITAL CONTRIBUTION/REVENUE
The required fund for the establishment and operation of the center is raised by Mission Global Economic Development Commission, membership subscriptions and the following ways and means:
