Management

The United Charish Organization will be managed and operated through the Secretariat. Under the Secretariat there will be a cabinet, general assembly, mission global affairs commission, mission global information commission and mission global economic development commission, eighteen different welfare commissions and national level high commands appointed by the Secretary General to discharge and execute the welfare programs of UCO on global level. The Secretary General is the supreme command and serves as the final decision maker supported by the Chief of Staff and the personal team who will carry out the day to day operations.

SECRETARIAT:

The Secretariat shall include the following bodies and departments:

  1. Secretary General and the personal team
  2. Deputy Secretary General and the personal team

SECRETARY GENERAL’S PERSONAL  TEAM:

Chief of Staff, Chief of Media (Spokesperson), Media Team, Chief of Personal Security, Personal Security team, Personal Secretaries, Advisors and Mentors, Chief of Personal transportation  for Land, Air and Water Transport team.

CHIEF SECRETARY:

Twenty Three Under-Secretaries shall work under the Chief Secretary. One each for the affairs of the Secretariat, General Assembly, Mission Global Affairs Commission, Mission Global Information Commission, Mission Global Economic Development Commission and the Under-Secretaries for each of the eighteen welfare commissions.

UNDER SECRETARIES:

Twenty three first secretaries will work for the Under-Secretaries. One each for the affairs of the Secretariat, General Assembly, Mission Global Affairs Commission, Mission Global Information Commission, Mission Global Economic Development Commission and the First Secretaries for each of the eighteen welfare commissions.

FIRST SECRETARIES:

Twenty three Second Secretaries will work for the First Secretary. One each for affairs of the Secretariat, General Assembly, Mission Global Affairs Commission, Mission Global Information Commission, Mission Global Economic Development Commission and the First Secretaries for each of the eighteen welfare commissions.

SECOND SECRETARIES:

Twenty three Secretaries and staff will work for the Second Secretary. One each for the affairs of the Secretariat, General Assembly, Mission Global Affairs Commission, Mission Global Information Commission, Mission Global Economic Development Commission and the First Secretaries for each of the eighteen welfare commissions.

REVENUE DEPARTMENT:

One Chief Comptroller, twenty three Comptrollers, twenty three Deputy Comptrollers and supporting staff.

IT DEPARTMENT:

Help Desk, System Network Administration, System Network Maintenance.

MEDIA DEPARTMENT:

Chief of Media/Spokesperson, reporters, editors, filming team, photographers,media liaison and advisors.

HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT:

Selection, induction, training, internship & apprenticeship, full time employment, compensation administration, service termination & pension administration.

LEGAL DEPARTMENT:

Corporate and individual due diligence, patents, copyrights, trademarks, contract administration, media administration, litigation and mitigation.

CABINET:

The cabinet is the advisory council for the Secretary General. The cabinet includes the following five members: Secretary General, Deputy-Secretary General, President of Mission Global Affairs Commission, President of Mission Global Information Commission and President of Mission Global Economic Development Commission. They are the governing body of the organization.

GENERAL ASSEMBLY:

UCO’s global welfare program decision making body consisting: Secretary General, Deputy Secretary General, Presidents and VP’s for the 21 welfare commissions and National level High Commands. They approve and fix the budget for the welfare projects and programs, meeting twice annually. Periodic meetings will be held virtually as required by the Secretary General.

MISSION GLOBAL AFFAIRS COMMISSION:

A global body consisting of 21 members selected by the Secretary General is responsible for establishing diplomatic relations with all the countries, introduce all the projects and welfare programs of the organization, establish and inspecting the proper functioning of eighteen welfare programs and the economic development projects globally.

MISSION GLOBAL INFORMATION COMMISSION:

A global body consisting of 21 members selected by the Secretary General is responsible for collecting information of the countries, evaluating the economic and social status of each country, its economic condition and requirements, submitting proposal to the general assembly to provide the economic and social support, disseminate the twenty one welfare programs and the economic development projects globally via TV, Radio and press media.

MISSION GLOBAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION:

A global body consisting of 21 members selected by the Secretary General is responsible for establishing and implementing the twenty one welfare programs and global economic development projects mainly “Eco-Techno-City” building and developments.

UCO COMMISSIONS:

These are international bodies consisting of 21 permanent Commission Presidents, Vice Presidents, Executive Directors and supporting staff.  The Secretariat will nominate them and in turn the Secretary General will appoint them to organize and manage the 18 welfare programs and projects globally.

THE UCO NATIONAL HIGH COMMAND:

Nominated by the General Assembly and appointed by the Secretary General they take the position of Chief Executive Officer/High Commissions representing the organization in National level, in charge of administering, managing and controlling the following:

  • Twenty One different national level commissions
  • State/Provincial Director Generals and Twenty One different
  • Commissions
  • District Directors and twenty one different commissions
  • District Regional Directors and twenty one different commissions
  • City Directors
  • Village Directors
  • Community Officers
  • Family Chambers Presidents
  • Head of family
  • Individual members of the organization

The High Command /Commission for each nation will nominate 21 national level Welfare Commission Presidents to the Mission Global Affairs Commission who will then appoint them to supervise and manage the development and operations of the countries welfare commissions.

THE UCO STATE/PROVINCIAL COMMAND:

The High Command/Commission for each country shall nominate a state/provincial Director General for the Twenty One different welfare commission presidents with staff to the Mission Global Affairs Commission. They will then appoint them to implement the welfare services and programs.

The Director General is the Chief Executive Officer in charge of the appointed state/province. The Director General shall administrate and control the following divisions on state/provincial levels:

  • District Directors and twenty one different commissions
  • District Regional Directors and twenty one different commissions
  • City Directors
  • Village Directors
  • Community Officers
  • Family Chamber Presidents
  • Heads of family
  • Individual Members of the organization

 

THE UCO DISTRICT/COUNTY COMMAND:

The Director General for each state/province shall nominate a District/County Director for the twenty one different welfare commission presidents with staff to the Mission Global Affairs Commission. They will then appoint them to implement the welfare services and programs.

The District/County Director is the Chief Executive Officer in charge of the appointed district/county. The District/County Director shall administrate and control the following divisions on district/county levels:

  • District Directors and twenty one different commissions
  • District Regional Directors and twenty one different commissions
  • City Directors
  • Village Directors
  • Community Officers
  • Family Chamber Presidents
  • Heads of family
  • Individual Members of the organization
 

THE UCO REGIONAL COMMAND:

To accomplish the fundamental missions of UCO regionally, the District/County Director shall nominate four Regional Directors for the twenty one different welfare commissions and a team of staff to the Mission Global Affairs Commission for implementation of the welfare services and programs.

The UCO Regional Director shall be the Chief Executive Officer in-charge of their assigned region to administrate and control the following divisions:

  • District Regional Directors and twenty one different commissions
  • City Directors
  • Village Directors
  • Community Officers
  • Family Chamber Presidents
  • Heads of family
  • Individual members of the organization

THE UCO CITY COMMAND:

To accomplish the fundamental missions of UCO on a city level, the Regional Director shall nominate the City Directors for the eighteen different welfare commissions to the Mission Global Economic Development Commission who in turn will be appointed and assigned to implement the welfare services and programs.

The City Director shall be the Chief Executive Officer in charge of their assigned city. The City Director shall administrate and control the following:

  • City Directors
  • Village Directors
  • Community Officers
  • Family Chambers Presidents
  • Head of Family
  • Individual members of the organization

THE UCO VILLAGE COMMAND:

To accomplish the fundamental missions of UCO on a village level the City Director shall nominate ten Village Directors for the twenty one different welfare commissions to the Mission Global Economic Development Commission who in turn will be appointed and assigned to implement the welfare services and programs.

The Village Director shall be the Chief Executive Officer in charge of their assigned village. The Village Director shall administrate and control the following:

  • Village Directors
  • Community Officers
  • Family Chamber Presidents
  • Head of Family
  • Individual members of the organization

THE UCO COMMUNITY COMMANDS:

To accomplish the fundamental missions of UCO on a community level the Village Director shall nominate ten Community Directors for the twenty one different welfare commissions to the Mission Global Economic Development Commission who in turn will be appointed and assigned to implement the welfare services and programs.

The Community Director shall be the Chief Executive Officer in charge of their assigned community. The Community Director shall administrate and control the following:

  • Community Officers
  • Family Chamber Presidents
  • Head of Family
  • Individual Members of the Organization

THE CHARISH FAMILY CHAMBERS COMMAND:

To accomplish the fundamental missions of UCO on a family chamber level the Community Director shall nominate ten Family Chamber Presidents for the twenty one different welfare commissions to the Mission Global Affairs Commission who in turn will be appointed and assigned to implement the welfare services and programs.

The UCO Family Chamber President shall be the Chief Executive Officer in charge of their assigned chambers. The Family Chamber President shall administrate and control the following:

  • Family Chambers
  • Head of Family
  • Individual Members of the organization

HEAD OF THE FAMILY:

The Family Chamber Presidents shall train the head of each family as to the fundamental objectives and missions of UCO so that they may participate and disseminate the welfare services and programs.

INDIVIDUAL SPOKESPERSON:

The Family Spokesperson shall train all family members on the missions of UCO so that they too may participate and disseminate the missions of UCO
