The objective of the United Charish Organization’s Rehabilitation Commission (RC) is to build, develop and manage disease prevention and rehabilitation centers in every major city. These centers will provide inpatient and outpatient services, voluntary and mandated counseling, vocational training, jobs and rehabilitation for the troubled, forgotten and convicted in society.
THE UCO REHABILITATION COMMISSION (UCORC)
The commission will reform current prisons and medical rehab facilities while establishing modern, cutting-edge training and re-training centers. His Excellency, Fredy Ouseph, envisions a peaceful world. He believes we all deserve the very best life has to offer. “Let us work together to restore and maintain good health”.
Each training center shall be developed and built for 50-200 patients/inmates. The inpatient and outpatient facilities will provide relief and rehabilitation for the following ailments:
- Chronic Patients
- War Victims
- The Depressed
- The Addicted
- The Accused and Convicted
- Extreme Poverty
- The Abused

CAPITAL CONTRIBUTION/REVENUE
The required funds for the establishment and operation of the centers will be raised by Mission Global Economic Development Commission, membership subscriptions and the following ways and means:
