The objective of the Health Care Commission (HCC) is to establish cutting-edge health care centers with ambulance services in every major city. They will include hospitals, clinics and family counseling centers located in every Charish Village globally to serve the needs of the rich and poor.

THE UCO HEALTHCARE COMMISSION (UCOHCC)

His Excellency, Fredy Ouseph, believes that health is the secret of life on the planet earth. He declares that, “Sound health is the universal secret of happiness as it creates the peaceful state in a human being”. In short it means that health is wealth. If there is sound health, it shall open the way to securing wealth. Health and wealth, together, shall bring peace and happiness.

In working towards our objective to create and sustain a peaceful world maintaining the health of every human being is essential. To maintain the health of a human being, medical care is vital.

SCOPE:

HCC will develop and build 1 free standing clinic with a counseling center and 1 emergency mobile clinic for every 8,000 residents to serve the needs of two Charish Villages. In addition, 2 hospitals with ambulance services will serve 40,000 people; equivalent to one Charish City.

The required funds for the establishment and operation of HCC shall be raised by Mission Global Economic Development Commission, membership subscriptions and the following ways and means:
