The objective of the Homes for Homeless Commission (HFHC) is to provide transition and permanent homes for homeless all over the world.
His Excellency Dr. Fredy Ouseph, believes that every individual desires to have a home. A comfortable and secure place to enjoy life, relax, share meals, happiness, thoughts and sorrows with loved ones.A Human being without a home will have a fearful and restless mind. Providing homes to the homeless is the key to creating peace of mind. The fundamental and foremost objective of the UCO is to develop and create a peaceful and sustainable world.
HOME OWNERSHIP: We provide two levels of home ownership as follows:
Transition Homes: We provide low budget homes globally for those in transition. They will be built proportionately according to the requirement.
Permanent Residences: We will build and offer affordable green homes for purchase according to the buyer’s financial status.
SCOPE:
We are planning to build 5000 to 50,000 transition homes annually in each of our proposed locations until transition into a permanent residence is feasible. We are planning to build an estimated 500,000 permanent homes annually in our proposed locations. These homes will be paid for with a sliding and affordable payment plan ranging from 15-20 years.

CAPITAL CONTRIBUTION:
The required funds for the establishment and operation of the HFH shall be raised by Mission Global Economic Development Commission, membership subscriptions and the following ways & means:
